Welcome to Circlo. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Circlo's software-as-a-service platform, including any associated applications, websites, and technical support services.

By creating an account, clicking "I Agree," or otherwise accessing the Platform, you enter into a legally binding contract with Circlo Inc. If you are using the platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

As a user of the Circlo platform, you agree to maintain the following standards of conduct and operational integrity:

• check_circleAccount Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• check_circleLawful Use: You must not use Circlo for any illegal purposes or to distribute malware, pirated content, or unauthorized data.
• check_circleData Accuracy: All information provided during registration and configuration must be current, accurate, and complete.

We believe in a long-term partnership, but sometimes interests diverge.

Circlo reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact our billing department for data export assistance.
